The S.M.S.L D1 is an ultra-compact desktop DAC designed for high-quality sound in a small footprint, ideal for small desks, laptops, and portable setups. Connect it via USB and a built-in high-performance power filtering system makes it possible to achieve optimal performance using only the USB port power supply — no external adapter needed.

Adopting the ROHM BD34352EKV chip and carefully tuned to achieve THD+N of 0.00038% (-108dB), the D1 delivers a high-quality sound design with a unique and charming tone. Using the latest XMOS XU-316 solution, it supports up to 32bit/768kHz PCM and DSD512 over USB, plus optical and coaxial inputs up to 24bit/192kHz for flexible source connectivity.

Housed in an anodized CNC aluminum alloy case with a neat touch button panel, the D1 keeps your desktop clean and intuitive. At just 101×33×90.1mm and 201.1g, it is certified by the Japan Electronic Audio Association for Hi-Res audio.
